Here, among pictures of Lenny, you will find all the info you need to come celebrate with us in Ibiza! 🕺
We've put together a special weekend to celebrate our union with all of you. You can find all the details, times, locations, and dress code — as well as a list of potential accommodations — on the Program page.
Please confirm whether you'll be able to join before January 31st, 2026. Of course, the sooner, the better!
By the groom-to-be
It was always clear to me that Lenny had to deliver the engagement ring to Sara. Convincing him to pick up a wedding-ring box, however, turned out to be a whole different adventure…
My first idea was simple: hide dog kibble inside a classic wooden box. Lenny dutifully sniffed it, pawed at it, and gave it a few exploratory nibbles—but never actually picked it up. (Sharp corners and smart dogs don’t mix.)
So I had to change tactics. I ordered a handmade, lemon-shaped box—which, naturally, took even longer to arrive than the ring itself. Why a lemon? I needed something round, and the only other option online was an “I choose you!” Poké Ball… classy, but maybe not cliff-top-proposal classy.
The lemon worked—sort of. While Lenny would pick it up, he'd immediately drop it. After a few tries the delicate box was already glazed with drool, fur, and bite marks. My long-concoted plan teetered on the brink of disaster.
That’s when my eyes landed on one of Lenny’s everyday favorites, abandoned in the corner: a tennis ball. One laser-thin incision later, the lemon box was nestled inside a fuzzy green cocoon—perfectly fetch-able and slobber-proof.
The rest is history.
P.S. I’ll be forever grateful that Lenny did not drop the tennis ball on the 40 ° slope we were climbing when I finally proposed.
We know getting to Ibiza isn’t exactly a hop-and-a-skip. If you can turn the trip into a mini-holiday (highly recommended!), here are some favourite things to do, places to explore, and ways to unwind. We’re hanging around for the week after the wedding, so if you’re not sick of us after three days of celebrations, come join the fun!
🥾 Go on a hike. May is the last truly “hike-able” month before the summer heat sets in. We’ve collected our favourite routes on Komoot for inspiration—think pine-scented trails, sea views and plenty of photo opps.
🏝️ Visit Formentera. Catch the fast ferry from Santa Eulària or Eivissa and discover water that looks Photoshopped. Rent a bike or a scooter when you arrive and spend the day beach-hopping.
🚤 Rent a boat. Whether you fancy a dash over to Tagomago, a loop around Formentera or a lazy cruise along Ibiza’s wild north-coast coves, a boat day never disappoints. Ask us—we “know a guy.”
👗 Go to the Las Dalias Hippy Market: Five minutes from the wedding venue and possibly the most famous hippie market in the world (and part of the universe). Expect live music, colourful stalls and a crowd as eclectic as the merchandise.
🏄♂️ Try windsurfing in Cala Martina: Just south of Santa Eulària, Ascanio Surf School will have you up on a board (or dramatically splashing in) in no time.
🏖️ Go cala-hopping: “Cala-hopping” = bouncing from tiny bay to tinier bay. One favourite loop: Cala Mastella → Cala Boix → Pou des Lleó → Es Figueral → Aigües Blanques. Pack reef shoes and curiosity.
🏰 Stroll Dalt Vila by night: The fortified old town of Eivissa is a UNESCO site for a reason. Go after dark when the cobblestones glow under lantern light, grab gelato on the ramparts and pretend you’re in a medieval rom-com.
🦇 Explore Cova de Can Marçà: Near Port de Sant Miquel, this 100-000-year-old smugglers’ cave comes with underground waterfalls and cliff-top views. Cool literally and figuratively.
🐴 Horse-back forest trek with Ibiza Horse Valley: Ride rescue horses through quiet pine woods and cliff trails north of Sant Llorenç—an unforgettable way to see the wilder side of the island.
